The Little Glass Company offers glass fusing workshops in a beautiful setting in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Whether you’re viewing this web site, registering for a workshop, or purchasing a gift certificate, you are entering into a legal agreement with the company, there are a few things you should know. Please read the following carefully:
Cancellation - if you tell us more than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date, you can transfer to another workshop, subject to availability and any balance due. Alternatively, we will revert your booking to a credit that must be used within that calendar year. If you are unable to attend your course with less than 4 weeks’ notice, your payment is non-refundable.
Our right to cancel courses - in the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop ourselves, for example due to illness or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date. We cannot be held liable for any other costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
Payment - payment is required in full prior to the commencement of the course. Payment should be made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
Gift Vouchers - are delivered by post or email. Vouchers for Glass Art and Courses are valid for a year from the date of purchase, they can be purchased by emailing info@littleglasscompany.com or by sending a message on FaceBook Messenger. As we cannot control what is done with a voucher once purchased, your normal statutory right of cancellation within 7 working days is therefore waived. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Glass Courses Copyright IPR: The Little Glass Company ("LGC") - are copyright owners of course design and structure. Glass Courses must not be used or appropriated for sale at any future date. The skills learnt on the course cannot be taught on another course for payment at any future date. The subject matter of the courses are confidential and attendees cannot teach or sell off the techniques or information to a third party at any future date. LGC have the right do not provide any glass courses for sole traders, companies, businesses or course providers.
Copyright: LGC - has Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights of glass art work, photographs, website design and written course materials which are prohibited for reproduction (with the exception of materials produced by Bullseye Glass) , display or distribution without permission. We are passionate about glass fusing and are pleased to offer these workshops to give a great insight into how these materials can be used, and what can be achieved with them.
